- Worked on the Service Fabric hosting and observability team, fixing many backlog and long-standing bugs and features (through August 2025).

Azure Edge (January 2023 - March 2024)
- Worked on Azure Stack Edge to help with in-house infrastructure and data center management using the BMC Redfish API, and allocated bare-metal servers using the Azure portal.
Azure EdgeZone platform (April 2021 - December 2022)
- Worked on Azure Site Recovery service and Azure Backup to enable support for EdgeZone data centers and the use of remote and local cache accounts.
- Contributed to the Azure BCDR background service running on all Azure VMs, using C# for the Windows service and Python for Linux, which efficiently copies the file system of EdgeZone VMs to Azure Page Blob storage.
- Helped the BCDR team automate Swagger specification generation, SDK generation, and PowerShell modules that use the generated .NET SDKs.
- Monitored EdgeZone data centers and the availability of Azure services to EdgeZone VMs by writing functional tests and connecting them to create a Power BI dashboard.
- Contributed concurrency controls for continuous functional tests to avoid overwhelming an Azure service, node cluster, or EdgeZone.
- Wrote technical documents and recorded demos showing that EdgeZone VMs have BCDR capabilities similar to regular Azure-based VMs.
